GOLDEN, Colo., Oct. 8, 2014 – Colorado School of Mines has recently been listed in a number of annual rankings, including:

  • U.S. News & World Report 2015 Best Colleges rankings: 38th in Top Public Schools. Mines was ranked 41st for Best Undergraduate Engineering Programs (where the highest degree is a doctorate) and ranked 88th overall in Best National Universities.
  • PayScale’s 2014-15 College Salary Report: Mines is the third state university in the nation for early career salaries for all graduates at $68,600. (The No. 1 and 2 spots are held by the U.S. Naval Academy and U.S. Military Academy, respectively.) Mines was ranked 41st overall for a mid-career salary average of $109,500.
