PayScale: Mines “worth your investment”

GOLDEN, Colo., May 7, 2013 – Colorado School of Mines is ranked 6th for return on investment in PayScale.com’s 2013 rankings.

As only the second public institution in the top 10 (State University of New York – Maritime College is the other) PayScale calculates Mines’ in-state 30-year net return on investment to be $1.574 million, or 9.7 percent. Mines also ranks 8th on the list for out-of-state.
